Payment: Taste Hungary accepts bank transfers and major credit cards via paypal. Reservations: To confirm a reservation, Taste Hungary asks that you fill out a contact/release form and pay a non-refundable deposit, which varies according to the length of the trip. The following conditions apply for all our tours: If the deposit is not paid in a timely manner, unless previously advised in writing or email, Taste Hungary, reserves the right to regard the reservation as cancelled. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your trip, Taste Hungary is unable to refund the booking deposit. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance. All cancellations must be made in writing. If Taste Hungary must cancel a tour for any reason, we will refund all payments received. Changes: Taste Hungary does its best to stick to the planned itinerary. But itineraries may be subject to change for reasons beyond our control, including: weather or third-party vendor cancellations. In this case, we will make every effort to select alternates (hotels, wineries, restaurants, activities) of the same caliber. Pricing for wine trips and other day and overnight trips: Taste Hungary’s custom made trips are priced the following way, unless otherwise mentioned. Taste Hungary charges a flat-fee which includes the guiding, organization, and transportation. Guests pay as they go for the winery visits, accommodation, restaurants, etc. Taste Hungary will give you an estimated price for these expenses upon booking the trip. Pricing for market tours: Market tours are priced as a flat rate, to be discussed upon booking, which varies depending on the length. We reserve the right to request the fee for the market tours in advance. Pricing changes: In the case of day and overnight tours, our price proposals are valid for 60 days. Taste Hungary reserves the right to adjust tour prices in the event the local currency suffers depreciation greater than 5 percent. After 60 days, we reserve the right to adjust prices due to inflation and/or price changes by suppliers. Responsibility & Release You are responsible for obeying the local laws. Taste Hungary reserves the right to accept, remove, or decline any trip member at any time for any reason. In such case, Taste Hungary will make a refund equal to the cost of the unused services. Payment of the deposit acknowledges your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Taste Hungary is not liable and does not assume responsibility for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss to person or property arising out of any injury, accident, death, cancellation, delay, adjustment, or inconvenience as a result of inadvertence of any hotel, transportation carrier, restaurant, or other company or person rendering the services included in the tour or caused by weather, sickness, political situation, or negligent acts of any other tour participants or any other cause beyond the control of Taste Hungary.
